        How to make a request in the virtual office?

    • 1. Selecting documents
    • In this section, you can choose the number of the documents and their language (if available in several).

      • 1.1. In this first step, select whether the document is for your Bachelor or Master studies.
      • 1.2. After selecting the type of study you should select if you are a student or alumni.
      • 1.3. Select the document you need.
        • 1.3.1. The language and the number (or quantity) of documents.
        • 1.3.2. "Add to Cart

      • 1.4. If you want to change the amount of the document or remove it completely, go to the basket (top right of the Alumni).

      • In this section you will see a summary of the documents you have added to your cart, you can decrease or increase the quantities of documents or remove them completely.

      • 1.5. Once added to the cart the necessary documents must click the button Personal Information to go to the next section.

    • 2. Personal information
    • In this section you should complete all the necessary fields required to manage your desired documents.

      • 2.1. Select document type.

      • 2.2. Select the academic year you want to request the document.

      • If the academic year is not listed, select another and enter it manually as shown in the example.

      • 2.3. Select whether to send the documents to a specific address or collect from the Barcelona school. With either of the two options we will also send a scanned copy by email.

        • 2.3.1. If you choose to collect your documents from the Barcelona campus, you will be notified when they are ready.

        • 2.3.2. If you choose to send to a specific address please fill in the following information.

        • Select a shipping method (Certified Mail or Priority Mail).

          Select the country where you want it to be delivered to and fill in the shipping Address. The value of the shipping charges will appear.

      • 2.4. Once you fill in all the data, confirm the order (pressing Confirm order button).

    • 3. Order Confirmation
    • This section lists all the entered data and documents.
      To finish the payment you must click on the pay button.

    • 4. Payment platform"
    • Now we give way to external payment platform for payment.

      • 4.1. Banking information
        • 4.1.1. Payment Details.
        • 4.1.2. Bank card data
        • 4.1.3. Click the OK button to confirm payment

      • 4.2. Payment confirmation.
        • 4.2.1. Authorization code of the external platform.
        • 4.2.2. Press the "Continue" button to return to the virtual office and receive a confirmation.

    • 5. Confirmation message of the Alumni"
    • If you have successfully completed the whole process you will receive a confirmation email of your online purchase.

        Wrong confirmed order
  • If you place an order with wrong information or need to make some modifications please contact secretary(@)tbs-education.es

        Error in the payment
  • When making a transaction from the virtual office, the online banking option might refuse the payment for any of the following reasons:

    1. Expired Card
    2. Contact your bank.

    3. Suspected card fraud
    4. Contact your bank to resolve the problem.

    5. Operation not allowed for this card
    6. Contact your bank to resolve the problem.

    7. Insufficient credit
    8. Recharge card and try to pay later.

    9. Unlisted Card
    10. Contact your bank to resolve the problem.

    11. Wrong security code (CVV2/CVC2)
    12. Check the security code and reinsert it.

    13. Your card is not recognized
    14. Contact your bank to resolve the problem.

    15. Authentication of the holder failed
    16. Re-enter your bank details, if the problem persists contact your bank to fix the problem.

    17. Refusal without specifying the reason
    18. Contact your bank to resolve the problem.

    19. Wrong expiration date
    20. Check the expiry date and re-enter.

    21. Suspected card fraud leading to its withdrawal
    22. Contact your bank to resolve the problem.

    23. Issuer not available
    24. Try later, perhaps the electronic payment service is not available at the moment, if the problem persists contact your bank to fix the problem.

    25. Denied transaction
    26. Try later, perhaps the electronic payment service is not available at the moment, if the problem persists contact your bank to fix the problem.
